This agreement is concluded electronically between the parties below under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Parties
Seller: PAYKIAZO BILGI TEKNOLOJILERI TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI
Buyer: the person whose details are entered at checkout.
Subject
The rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the digital eSIM data plan purchased electronically on kiazo.mobile.
Product and price
Coverage country, data amount, validity and total price including taxes are shown on the checkout page and in the order confirmation email.
Delivery
The product is digital. The eSIM QR code and setup information are delivered instantly to the Buyer’s email and Kiazo account once payment is confirmed.
Right of withdrawal
Under Art. 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly online or intangible goods delivered instantly. The Seller nevertheless voluntarily offers a full refund on unactivated plans under its Refund Policy.
Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer’s place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade; Consumer Courts have jurisdiction above those limits.
