These terms govern your use of Kiazo Mobile. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.
The service
Kiazo Mobile provides digital eSIM data plans that give travellers mobile data abroad. Plans include data only; voice calls and SMS are not provided.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Device compatibility
Before buying, confirm your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. Plans that could not be installed on an incompatible device and were never activated are handled under our Refund Policy.
Validity and fair use
Validity starts when the plan first connects to a supported network at the destination. Unactivated plans must be used within 180 days of purchase. On unlimited plans, the first 3 GB per day are at full speed; speed is then limited to 1 Mbps.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in your selected currency including taxes at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe via credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Service interruptions
Coverage and speed depend on local carriers, location and device. Kiazo Mobile is not liable for carrier outages beyond its control, but will support you with a fix or a refund.
Prohibited use
- Reselling or commercially distributing the service
- Transmitting unlawful content
- Generating automated or abusive traffic that harms the network
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
