When you land
Select the Kiazo line for mobile data and turn on data roaming. Your plan’s validity starts with this first connection.

Troubleshooting
The most common issues and how to fix them.
The QR code won’t scan
Increase screen brightness and scan from another device. If it still fails, switch to “Manual” and enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code.
It says “No service”
Make sure you’re in the destination country, turn on Data Roaming for the Kiazo line and restart your phone. If needed, select a network manually from the list.
Connected but no internet
Leave the APN setting on automatic and check that the Kiazo line is selected for mobile data. If you still have no internet, contact support.
I deleted my eSIM by mistake
Deleted eSIM profiles can’t be reinstalled. Please contact support.
My main line stopped working
Your main line stays on; only “Cellular data” moves to Kiazo. Keep your main line as the default voice line for calls.
